In 2021, when a simple registration was enough to offer crypto in France, we made a strong strategic choice: build Finary fully regulated, in France, from day one. Nothing forced us to at the time. We simply believed that a company handling people's savings should accept the highest level of scrutiny.

🪙 2026 - MiCA license (PSCA), delivered by the AMF, the French financial markets authority
Today, Finary is one of the very few French players holding both an Investment Firm license and a MiCA license. Since July 2026, every platform offering crypto services in Europe must be licensed, or stop. The market is consolidating around licensed players, and we are one of them.
